      - City Council District 9 — Notify your local representative about ongoing issues
      - Justice of the Peace Precinct 5 — File small claims lawsuits to seek compensation

      You can describe your experience on public platforms such as Google Reviews , Yelp , ApartmentRatings.com , Apartments.com , and more.

      Reviews help inform future renters and apply reputational pressure. Be factual and specific.
